Experience required


  • Experience in handling projects related to integration of various applications and platforms, including SaaS solutions, Cloud integration, and Authentication procedures
  • Proven experience in project management, including budget management, planning, risk assessment, and team coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring successful solution delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience with banking clients is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across two key areas:
  1. Development Projects: Collaborate with a dedicated team to oversee and ensure the successful execution of development projects. A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate technical teams is essential.
  2. Third-Party Tools Implementation and Management: Lead projects involving different third-party tools. This includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of these solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management:


  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and lead multiple internal technical teams to achieve project objectives.


Stakeholder Communication:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.


Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors providing third-party solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon deliverables.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
