Job Description:
Experience required
- Experience in handling projects related to integration of various applications and platforms, including SaaS solutions, Cloud integration, and Authentication procedures
- Proven experience in project management, including budget management, planning, risk assessment, and team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring successful solution delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience with banking clients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across two key areas:
- Development Projects: Collaborate with a dedicated team to oversee and ensure the successful execution of development projects. A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate technical teams is essential.
- Third-Party Tools Implementation and Management: Lead projects involving different third-party tools. This includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and lead multiple internal technical teams to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors providing third-party solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon deliverables.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
