Early Associates Internship Program: IBM Consulting

Introduction

As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?

Your Role and Responsibilities

BlueCamp is an Internship Program created by IBM Spain to offer you a nice, special and useful first professional experience. During this internship period you will join and collaborate in different projects and tasks following the new best tendencies and tutored by experts, in an open and diverse environment.

We’re looking for passionate, original thinkers who want to champion progress and further their careers while growing their network. Skills

As an IBM Consulting intern, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward, put your transferable skills to work, and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth. During your internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside a global community of 6000+ interns and meet other IBMers during networking events, special team events and career development activities.
• Grow your skills through a combination of education platforms, and receive career guidance from your manager, coach, and mentor to get everything you need to shape the start of your career
• Learn about a client’s industry, tackle new challenges, and learn about how their business and technology intersect
• Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business
  
  
  

In addition, at the end of the internship, you could become one of our candidates for our Associates program and be able to start your professional career at IBM.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

No Previous Experience Is Required.

Just finished or finishing your studies, ideally max 1 year left to finish approx.

Languages required: English (B2, written and spoken), Spanish (native/C1).

Internship agreement will be required to join this program.
