QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Internal Audit Specialist” to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!
We are strengthening the digital capabilities of our Internal Audit function.
We are looking for a technically strong teammate who will help us build a modern, data-driven continuous monitoring structure that runs on SQL/Python-based rule engines and automated analytics.
This is a digital transformation role, not a traditional audit position.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement data-driven continuous monitoring rules using SQL/Python
- Build automated scripts that run on a recurring basis (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Develop anomaly detection and fraud-oriented analytics models
- Create and maintain datasets required for monitoring and audit analytics
- Collaborate with IT for data access and set up basic data flows
- Reverse-engineer existing logic from various audit tests and rebuild them in modern analytics tools
- Build Power BI dashboards for monitoring results, risk indicators, and insights
- Support auditors with data preparation, analysis, and automation
- Document reusable rule templates and create a scalable monitoring framework
Required Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with Python (pandas preferred)
- Ability to design rule-based logic and monitoring structures
- Familiarity with data modelling, ETL concepts, or data pipelines
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving mindset
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
- English proficiency (for documentation and communication)
Nice to Have (Not mandatory)
- Power BI (dashboarding & DAX)
- Experience with ERP data or large datasets
- Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud analytics
- Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, scripting, etc.)
- Basic understanding of controls and process flows
