DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer - Abu Dhabi

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and scale the cloud infrastructure behind our agentic AI–powered SaaS platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning infrastructure end to end, improving reliability, and enabling engineering teams to ship fast and safely.

You’ll work closely with software engineers, AI teams, and leadership to design and operate secure, highly available systems in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of SaaS platforms.
• Implement infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting across systems.
• Embed security best practices across cloud, pipelines, and environments.
• Support engineering teams with tooling, environments, and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience as a Senior DevOps / Platform / Site Reliability Engineer.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms at scale.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud networking, and system security.
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-led engineering teams.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
