What You´ll Do

  • Play a key role in raising the quality and consistency of strategic thinking across IMEA
  • Provide structure input, analysis, and guidance to regional and country teams on priority commercial and strategic topics
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner on key commercial questions within Henkel’s industrial businesses, ensuring strategies are practical and actionable
  • Support the design and facilitation of strategy and leadership workshops, helping leadership teams align on priorities, trade-offs and execution focus
  • Lead and drive high-impact strategy projects across multiple markets, from initial scoping through to recommendations
  • Structure workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure clear, decision-oriented outputs
  • Prepare and contribute to discussions with senior regional and global leadership, translating analysis into crisp insights Go-to-Market & Market Mapping
  • Drive market and customer mapping efforts to inform coverage, service levels, and resource allocation decisions
  • Lead the development and refinement of go-to-market models tailored to market needs
  • Build and maintain reusable frameworks and best practices to support scalable GTM decision-making across IMEA

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory, particularly with a focus on Strategy, Business Development, or Marketing within an industrial context
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a corporate strategy role within a multinational organization
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to assess opportunities and trade-offs using sound commercial judgement
  • Structured problem-solver with a strategic mindset, ideally developed in management consulting or an internal strategy function
  • Solid understanding of industrial B2B commercial models, including go-to-market approaches, pricing mechanics, and P&L logic
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other analytics tools are an advantage
  • Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready insights
  • Highly organized, reliable, and effective in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning with a strong execution focus
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadership
