About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our Performance Insights team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data coding skills and data model understanding to drive analytics deliverables and speed to delivery for customers . You’ll work cross-functionally with performance analytics, customer success, and engineering, to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is a high-impact role that will influence our analytics delivery and support, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our Performance Insights team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data coding skills and data model understanding to drive analytics deliverables and speed to delivery for customers . You’ll work cross-functionally with performance analytics, customer success, and engineering, to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is a high-impact role that will influence our analytics delivery and support, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our analytics data model to identify high-leverage opportunities and serve as a first line investigator for all reported analytics issues
- Collaborate closely with customer success and engineering to define, refine, and deliver results
- Build ad-hoc analyses in SQL, Sigma Computing, or Looker when complex queries are required to answer questions or confirm logic.
- Work under Delivery leadership direction while following engineering processes, standards, and review protocols.
- 3+ years of experience, with advanced knowledge of SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks
- Strong ability to interpret complex analytical logic and understand what “should be happening” versus what is occurring in the data.
- Ability to validate whether outputs make operational sense and to escalate when deeper engineering intervention is required.
- Ability to diagnose ambiguous issues and articulate findings in clear, business-friendly language.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Github, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
