Back End Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and development of core backend systems
• Participate in the design and development of core business systems and platform-level services, ensuring system stability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop high-quality backend code and continuously optimize system performance and architecture.
• Complex business modeling and system abstraction
• Deeply understand business requirements and translate complex business logic into clear, extensible system models.
• Contribute to the domain model design (Domain Model) to promote effective decoupling of business and technology.
• System stability and engineering quality
• Participate in system refactoring, technical debt management, and legacy system upgrades.
• Contribute to the establishment of interface standards, code standards, system monitoring, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Support system deployment, issue troubleshooting, and emergency response.

Technical Requirements

• Ability to independently own modules or subsystems.
• Familiarity with common backend architecture patterns: Layered architecture, microservices architecture
• RESTful API design Data and infrastructure capabilities: Familiarity with relational database design and optimization (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Experience with caching components like Redis and common use cases
• Practical experience with message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ / RocketMQ, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker / Kubernetes is a plus
• Bonus for any of the following experiences: Development experience in conversational systems / intelligent customer service / LLM application backends
• Design and development experience with Agent systems (task orchestration, tool invocation, state management, etc.)
• Experience in multi-turn dialogue, context management, and session state design
• Additional tech stack familiarity (Python/Golang) is a plus.
