Role Summary:

Seeking a Production Agent L1 to support client lifecycle and banking operations through accurate execution of client requests, strong risk and control adherence, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute client requests accurately within defined timelines
• Support client lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, screening, and static data changes
• Use banking systems and technology tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams
• Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and proactively mitigate operational risks
• Support process and workflow improvements

Experience & Skills Required:

• University degree (Banking / Finance preferred)
• Experience in banking operations, preferably wealth or private banking
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle processes (KYC, documentation, screening, static data)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong risk and control mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
