Job Title: Agile / Scrum (Scrum Master)/Remote

Job Description

We are looking for an Agile / Scrum professional to facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective Scrum implementation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
  • Remove impediments and support continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Track sprint progress and team performance

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
