Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic person with some experiece in HR to cover HR topics across Kyiv office as HR Generalist.

What are the tasks and responsibilities?

• Acting as HR generalist covering tasks in HR administration (37 employees), recruiting, target setting & performance management, learning & talent development, cross-office reporting

Whom are we looking for?

• Base experience in HR (e.g. 0,5-1 year)
• English level B1-B2
• Strong desire to learn & when time goes by - develop within profession
• Hands-on approach, ready to cover several blocks of HR activity
• Developed communication skills, attentive to details, and high level of personal responsibility for qulity and result
