Application Developer

One of our clients, a major Swiss bank based in Zürich, is looking for an Application Developer to support the further development of the ModBib and Front Arena applications for a 100% contract from 01.03.2026 to 28.02.2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in the further development of Java and cloud-based applications for securities trading in the area of structured products
• Advising the business department on technical and functional topics and implementation options
• Testing, documenting, and deploying required code changes
• Participation in Front Arena

Your Skills & Expertise:

• Java
• Python
• Project experience in IT with the design, development, configuration, and integration of applications
• Conceptual thinking in the design and creation of components and models
• Independent working style, initiative, strong communication skills, and resilience
• Experience and knowledge in structured products (preferred)
• Experience as a developer with Front Arena
• Experience with NumeriX (advantage)
• Experience in the architecture and implementation of valuation clusters (advantage)

Language Requirements:

• German: C1 – Advanced professional proficiency
• English: B2 – Upper Intermediate
