Scrum Master

Our client, in higher education, is seeking 2 Scrum Masters for a strategic 6-month contract engagement based in Adelaide. This role is vital for facilitating value delivery and optimising team performance within a large, complex organisational environment.
You'll work closely with Product Managers to facilitate workflow and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes. Beyond team facilitation, you will play a key role in implementing Agile practices and methodologies at the portfolio/program level while providing guidance to business stakeholders.

What You'll be Doing:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and optimise team performance.
• Implement Agile/Lean practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP) at a program level.
• Influence and lead diverse stakeholders without needing formal authority.
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.

What You'll Bring:

• Broad experience as a Scrum Master within software applications development teams.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and implement strategies in complex environments.
• Strong collaborative communication style with the ability to negotiate and inspire others.
• Expertise in Agile approaches such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP.
• A relevant certification in Scrum and/or Agile methodologies is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with large-scale organisational Agile transformations.
• Experience within the Higher Education sector.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management.
