Job Title: Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple software development teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role is critical in enabling teams to deliver high-quality software while continuously improving Agile practices, collaboration, and delivery predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for 2 or more software development teams concurrently.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices (Scrum and Kanban).
• Identify and help remove impediments that impact team delivery and flow.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
• Leverage Azure DevOps to manage boards, backlogs, reporting, and metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement and help teams mature their Agile practices.
• Foster strong collaboration and communication within teams and with external stakeholders.
• Support cross-team alignment and dependency management when needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems.
• Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, fostering a sense of community.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Openness to new ideas to continuously improve testing and quality practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery metrics.
• Practical experience using Azure DevOps for Agile project tracking and reporting.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams in software development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
