Business Analysis Expert

We are looking for a Business Analysis Expert to join a high-impact team driving business process improvement and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will lead the analysis of business models and requirements, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of effective, aligned, and measurable IT solutions. The company is headquartered in Bratislava.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and align them with project objectives.
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, KPIs, and user stories.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Perform process modelling and business analysis for IT and software development projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes.
• Support agile processes by participating in sprint planning and managing product backlogs.
• Contribute to UAT phases to ensure delivered solutions meet business goals.
• Assist in training activities related to solution rollout.
• Act as a product owner when required, maintaining focus on business value and priorities
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Solid experience in business analysis and process modelling (minimum 9 years).
• Proven involvement in the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in international, multicultural project environments.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Required Certificates:
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
• Desirable Certification:
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
