That’s You

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Methodical, structured and proactive way of working.
• Team player qualities and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills.

• Define and lead data strategy initiatives, aligning data collection and preparation with organizational goals.
• Drive the development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models.
• Provide strategic guidance by translating complex data insights into impactful business recommendations.
• Oversee the integration of predictive models into scalable data products and operational processes.
• Ensure alignment of data science methodologies with organizational governance, quality, and ethical standards.
