Role Overview

Lead the organisation’s cybersecurity transformation, evolving security into a strategic, business-enabling capability that supports growth, resilience, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the cybersecurity transformation roadmap
• Embed security into digital, cloud, and enterprise initiatives
• Translate cyber risk into clear business impact for senior stakeholders
• Build and lead high-performing cyber teams
• Drive a culture of security by design across the organisation

Experience Required

• Senior experience in cybersecurity or technology transformation
• Proven delivery of large-scale cyber change
• Strong executive and stakeholder influence

Working Model

Hybrid role based in Brussels – onsite 2 days per week.
