About the Role

The company is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance products, automate workflows, and enable data‑driven decision making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and MLOps, and enjoys taking models from concept to production at scale.

The AI Engineer will work closely with product teams, data engineers, and software developers to deliver robust, high‑performance AI solutions that directly impact users and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real‑world applications.
• Build scalable ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement LLM‑based features, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and prompt optimization.
• Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost‑efficiency.
• Use MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning) to ensure reliable production systems.
• Evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
• Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and best practices for AI development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models into production.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and model fine‑tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation.
• Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with BERT/GPT‑style model customization or quantization.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and high‑performance computing.
• Background in data engineering or analytics.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise‑grade applications.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
