Overview:
The role involves leading transversal activities and projects within the Information Systems Security team. The consultant will join a dynamic team and report to the head of Information Systems Security. The objective is to drive transformation programs, oversee ITSCM, and ensure audit recommendations are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and frame security projects and transformation programs
- Oversee IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)
- Track and implement audit recommendations
- Project Management Office (PMO) activities
- Define and manage budgets
- Participate in the PMO community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support change management initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities
Mandatory skills:
- Proven experience in project/program management in complex, regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
- Expertise in security for development or PAM/IAM
- Understanding of matrix organizations
- Autonomy, initiative, and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
