Join Us as a Game Production Manager 💼

We're seeking a Game Production Manager to join the Elympics GameDev Division.

Are you skilled at managing complex projects and have a passion for gaming? We’re on the hunt for a Game Production Manager to oversee the production of games and help integrating our cutting-edge SDK tools into new releases.

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 14 000 - 17 000 PLN per month, depending on your experience.

We work from our office in Warsaw. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week. 🌍

Your Responsibilities Include

• Plan and manage the production of games.
• Coordinate the integration of games with our SDK solutions, including hyper-casual titles.
• Oversee the launch of new games, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
• Collaborate with game developers to create detailed implementation plans for SDK features.
• Work closely with different teams to identify and resolve dependencies in the development process.
  
  

We're Looking for Someone With

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in game production, project management, or working with game developers.
• Background in tech companies or IT environments is a big plus.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate across teams.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Capability to work on and create technical documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming technical challenges.
