Junior Back-End Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Back-End Developer. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth collaboration between client teams and project stakeholders.

Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and databases. You will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain back-end services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Implement security best practices for data and application integrity.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Programming Languages (Core):

• JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Java (Spring Boot)
• C# (.NET Core)

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Node.js with Express or NestJS
• Spring Boot for Java
• Django/FastAPI for Python

Databases:

• Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis

APIs & Integration:

• RESTful API design
• GraphQL (increasingly in demand)
• WebSockets for real-time communication

Cloud & Deployment:

• AWS, Azure, or GCP basics
• Docker & containerization
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

Version Control & Collaboration:

• Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

Security & Performance:

• OWASP best practices
• JWT/OAuth for authentication
• Performance tuning and caching strategies
