Senior UX/Product Designer

Location : Luxembourg

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an agile setting to deliver user-centric design solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end design process ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain the design system by creating new components and refining existing ones for consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve design quality.
• Design adaptable and responsive interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure coherence and consistency of user experience throughout software products.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive design thinking and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align design strategies and implementation.

Profile:

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in UX design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating impactful user-centered projects.
• Skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end UX design process: from user research and concept ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Experience designing web applications/software is highly advantageous.
• Solid expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping (both low and high fidelity).
• Proficient with design software such as Figma.
• Comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops.
• Knowledge of design thinking principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at managing stakeholders with a structured, self-driven approach.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French language skills are a significant asset.
