Your responsibilities & key tasks:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment processes, and extending offers
- Research recruitment trends and job market dynamics, including compensation and benefits analysis, to support effective talent management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with overall business goals
- Oversee new hire onboarding and ensure completion of all required employment documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days, and other events to source candidates
- Coordinate work with university and internship programs, help the team organize various types of workshops, lectures or other events involving students
- Research HR issues, recommend policies and procedures, and prepare routine HR reports
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and helping foster a positive, inclusive work environment
- Participate in performance review processes and support managers in performance management activities
- Collaborate with and support the PR team on internal initiatives that promote employee engagement and company culture
- Promote a positive and innovative workplace culture and support the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and strict confidentiality
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong listening skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experince working with ATS and common recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of compensation strategies, performance management, employee relations, workplace safety, and talent acquisition, with the ability to apply this knowledge in compliance with applicable employment laws
