What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar role in an Agile setting;
• Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe) as well as delivery practices;
• Experience managing delivery across multiple squads;
• Experience working in a value stream or product-based delivery model;
• Experience with stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across domais, promoting alignment and unite diverse perspectives;
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting to track delivery progress;
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a large-scale organisations with multiple value streams;
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools;
• Knowledgeable of DevOps practices and its connection to continuous delivery

Important:

This position is for remote work with occasional trips to the office in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU-based candidates are welcome, as long as they are willing to relocate to Portugal.
