Full Stack Engineer

I'm partnered with a growing healthcare technology company based in Amsterdam, recently backed by leading investors to scale our unique solution that’s already transforming hospitals in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United States.

The product is the first and only platform worldwide focusing on a critical yet overlooked aspect of hospital operations — a need that our CEO first discovered while working as a doctor. By combining clinical insight with cutting-edge engineering, they're building tools that directly improve patient care, streamline workflows, and make hospital systems smarter and more efficient.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a strong background in Python and Docker, and solid experience with JavaScript and Node.js, to join our growing team.

You’ll work closely with our CTO, who believes deeply in autonomy and trust — giving you the freedom to make architectural decisions and shape how our systems evolve as we scale internationally.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and scale backend services in Python and Dockerized environments.
• Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using JavaScript/Node.js.
• Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to define the technical architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Implement best practices in code quality, security, and performance — essential in healthcare systems.

What They're Looking For:

• Strong professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployment.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, and modern development workflows.
• Comfort with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
