The role is part of a large-scale Payroll systems development project, focused on creating cloud-based enterprise applications used by thousands of users worldwide. The team works in an Agile setup, emphasizing scalability, technical excellence, and innovation to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance across multiple markets.
Qualifications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from design and analysis through prototyping, development, testing, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to backend development and cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Apply design patterns and write unit tests.
- Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and reliability.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with C# and .NET framework
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (C# or Java)
- Proven track record in enterprise software development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS3, JSON, and WCF
- Background in fintech or payments software development
- Rate up to 140,00 PLN/h + VAT
- Remote work
- Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł
