IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in business analysis within retail, e-commerce and/or FMCG sectors
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or software development projects
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform data analysis
• Skilled in UML, BPMN, user stories, workflows, and BRD preparation
• Knowledge of API integrations, CRM, and ERP systems
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Graduate from Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, team player, and result-oriented

Job Description:

• Take part in analyzing and improving retail business processes (store operations, CRM, campaign management, e-commerce, logistics, financial processes)
• Contribute to software development projects by following Agile / Scrum principles
• Conduct functional testing of developed applications and coordinate user acceptance tests
• Track new technologies and retail trends (omnichannel, AI-powered customer experience, self-checkout, etc.) and adapt them to processes
• Monitor and report project status, risks, and changes on a regular basis
• Prepare required documentation for business processes and systems (BRD, user stories, process flows, etc.) on time and with high quality
• Gather and analyze business requirements for customer experience, sales, logistics, financial processes, and store operations to develop applicable solutions
• Organize stakeholder meetings to ensure requirements are well understood
• Contribute to roadmap planning processes and manage stakeholder relations
• Act as a bridge between development, testing, and design teams
• Take an active role in new integrations, process improvements, and digitalization projects
