Job Description
TOMRA Reuse is looking for a Technical Product Manager who will take ownership of our solutions from concept to market launch. In this role, you will ensure technical excellence, support markets, and enable product rollouts through collaboration and clear communication.
You’ll be part of a small, agile team organized as a corporate startup—offering freedom, minimal bureaucracy, and varied responsibilities. Your contribution will be key to our success as we scale reuse globally.

- Take technical ownership of hardware and software solutions
- Verify and ensure quality and performance of delivered solutions
- Drive technical market introduction and launch of new products
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and communication
Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor or master degree
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Solid experience with troubleshooting technical problems, especially within software and mechatronics
- Practical and handy with problem-solving skills
