Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to supports project managers and cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, reporting, and executing project activities. The role ensures tasks, communication, and documentation are aligned and delivered on time.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, risk logs).
• Coordinate daily project administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for project communication.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
• Communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and tasks.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Track budgets, resource usage, and schedules under PM guidance.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes and client standards.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and related documentation.
