About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Program Risk Analyst / Project Coordinator to support our Project Delivery team and enterprise risk initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven professional with strong risk assessment competencies and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work cross‑functionally to maintain integrated program risk registers, manage assessment approvals, and support the execution of enterprise‑wide risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and participate in process and project risk assessments.
• Manage routing, documentation, and approvals of risk assessments.
• Maintain an integrated program risk register and ensure it is kept current.
• Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and mitigate identified risks.
• Support project leaders with planning and executing enterprise risk registers.
• Oversee reporting into quality systems and enterprise risk registers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience, preferably in healthcare or plasma collection, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, risk documentation, and risk reporting.
• Ability to work independently with accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, short deadlines, and shifting demands.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across senior management, third parties, and internal teams.
• Proven success in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.
• Quick learner with the ability to engage rapidly in new processes.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Visio preferred.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
