Our client is a tech hub company.
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support a dynamic and growing environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate all recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
- Draft and issue employment contracts and other HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, including guidance on enrollment and changes.
- Support payroll activities in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
- Maintain HR systems updated with employee data, including absence management.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding processes for monthly new joiners.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, Payroll Assistant, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
- Strong communication skills, excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, autonomous, and highly detail‑oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
What the company can offer you
- 6 months temporary contract
- Schedule: 09h00 – 18h00.
- Base salary range for a professional with 2 /3 years of experience.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
