Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, MIS or similar),
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR Analytics, workforce planning, budgeting and reporting,
- Preferably experienced in automotive, technology, e-commerce or large-scale corporate organizations,
- Proven experience in stakeholder management,
- Advanced proficiency in Excel(SQL / database knowledge is a strong plus),
- Strong expertise in HR metrics, KPIs and executive dashboard design,
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights,
- Highly detail-oriented, structured and results-driven,
- Experienced in executive-level reporting, presentations and decision-support processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the HR Analytics & People Analytics strategy across the organization,
- Manage the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of the annual HR budget,
- Own end-to-end management of all key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, training and performance,
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and standardization across all HR data sources,
- Design and deliver executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and similar analytics tools,
- Provide strategic insights to senior management through workforce planning, cost optimization and productivity analyses,
- Manage integrated data flows between HR systems and other corporate systems,
- Drive and strengthen data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization through advanced HR analytics and insights.
