Senior Product Designer

Emiratisation Opportunity

A top-tier, US product-led tech company in Abu Dhabi (is building AI-first products that will be used at serious scale. We’re hiring a senior design leader to own the end-to-end experience for a core product from strategy and discovery through to high-fidelity execution and shipping.

This is an Emiratisation project.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full design lifecycle for a flagship AI product (discovery → delivery)
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, human experiences
• Create wireframes, flows, UI, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap decisions and prioritisation
• Lead stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and leadership — clear rationale, crisp storytelling
• Run workshops to turn ambiguity into direction and execution
• Plan and execute user research and usability testing; iterate based on evidence
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ship pixel-perfect, consistent UX
• Raise the bar on design craft, systems, and product thinking across the team

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in Product Design (UX/UI) with a portfolio of shipped software products
• Strong product sense: you design for outcomes, not just screens
• Expert-level Figma + prototyping workflows
• Solid research experience (testing, insights, iteration loops)
• Confident communicator: can influence, facilitate, and drive decisions
• High autonomy + bias for action in fast-moving environments

Big plus if you have

• Experience in high-performing tech orgs (scale-up or “big tech” style)
• AI product design exposure (LLMs, copilots, workflow automation), enterprise tools, or data-heavy UX
• Comfort collaborating deeply with engineers (design QA, specs, handoff, iteration)
