We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (MDM) to lead the implementation of a multi-domain Master Data Management initiative. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining alignment with enterprise data governance and transformation objectives.

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the MDM implementation — from discovery to deployment — across multiple data domains (e.g., Product, Vendor, Customer, Employee).
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with business units, IT, and executive leadership to define requirements, priorities, and governance structures.
• Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with technology partners (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, SAP MDG, or equivalent) to manage deliverables, SLAs, and integration milestones.
• Data Governance Alignment: Collaborate with Data Stewards and Governance Leads to define standards, workflows, and validation processes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior stakeholders.
• Change Management: Drive adoption through communication, training, and support for business users transitioning to the new MDM environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in MDM or enterprise data projects.
• Proven track record delivering MDM or large-scale data integration projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with one or more MDM technologies (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, SAP MDG, Stibo STEP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling principles.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)
• Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site with hybrid flexibility based on project phase)
• Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
• Reporting To: Program Director
