As Agile Coach Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Agile Coaching & Mentorship: Training and mentoring teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
- Foster Agile Culture: Promoting Agile values and principles across the business.
- Training & Workshops: Delivering Agile training to teams and stakeholders.
- Scaling Agile: Supporting enterprise-wide Agile adoption, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Guiding teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large, complex organisations.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with proven success in driving Agile transformations.
- Experience implementing Agile at scale, working with cross-functional teams across departments to integrate Agile into larger transformation programmes.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) to track team performance, velocity, and key metrics.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and support teams in adopting Agile principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, engaging with senior leadership, programme managers, and product owners to align on transformation goals.
- Change management expertise, ensuring that Agile adoption is embedded across diverse teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, adept at navigating challenges and helping teams overcome obstacles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and driving consensus.
