Business Analyst – Authentication & Digital Identity

By working with login and authentication of online banking, you will participate in EU-level initiatives and shape the future of digital banking.

What You Will Be Doing

Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will support all Danske Bank markets by ensuring the development, delivery, and implementation of compliant and user-friendly authentication solutions for the bank’s customers and channels.

You will:

• Support the Product Owner and developers with domain expertise, stakeholder management, analysis, process improvements, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure alignment with Finnish regulatory requirements and EU standards.
• Represent Danske Bank in Finnish sector forums.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide domain knowledge on the Finnish Trust Network (FTN) and EU Digital Identity Wallet.
• Oversee implementation activities, including training, routines, and FAQs.
  
  

As a member of an ID Squad within the security cluster of Channels Corporates Tribe, you will have 200 international colleagues across several countries. In Helsinki, you will work closely with one colleague and the Product Owner, while engaging with numerous stakeholders. Your workplace is located at our office in Pasila, and you can work remotely 1-2 days a week.

About You

• A few years of work experience in agile IT or business development.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and developing environment.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach with an understanding of the bigger picture.
• Good business understanding and a genuine interest in technical development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
