A world leading organisation based in Zurich are seeking a Senior Workstation Support Specialist to join their global team. This is managing and supporting over 30,00 users.

As the Senior Workstation Support Specialist you will be responsible for :

• Providing 3rd-line IT support for local and remote staff.
• Lead and contribute to multiple IT projects, including support for VIP users.
• Offer mentorship and technical expertise to teammates.
• Collaborate with tech experts to troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues.
• Innovate and enhance hardware/software deployment processes.
• Influence technology strategies and policies, moving towards a data-driven, user-focused environment.

As the Senior Workstation Specialist you will have the following experience and attributes:

• Good working experience in 3rd-level IT support.
• Certifications:Essential: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Desirable: SC-900 (Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) & MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps.
• API integration expertise.
• Experience with Apple device management via Intune and ChromeOS management via Google is a plus.
• Knowledge of MDM and MAM from third-party solutions.
• Innovative, initiative-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills
