Your team

Our cross-functional team, consisting of Data Scientist, Data and Platform Engineers and a Product Manager, combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. Together, we design scalable solutions that use statistics, machine learning, and GenAI to solve real business challenges across the bank.

Your role

As a Data Scientist, you’ll work hands-on with data, models, and analyses across the bank. You’ll develop, apply, and improve data science and machine learning models. You’ll explore analytical approaches to business challenges and evaluate what will create the most value. You´ll work across the entire data science lifecycle, from idea and exploration to deployment and evaluation. You’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues to understand business challenges, explore analytical approaches, and help implement effective solutions. You’ll play an important role in communicate insights clearly and effectively, ensuring decisions are grounded in data.

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to explore new analytical questions, the support of experienced colleagues, and opportunities to experiment with new tools, methods, and techniques.

Your profile

You hold a Master’s degree, PhD, or similar in a quantitative field. You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data to understand complex questions and develop analytical solutions. You’re proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and you have experience in applied statistics and mathematics, ideally with a focus on machine learning. You have the ability to understand business operations and translate them into clear, well-defined analytical deliverables. Experience with large language models and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines or experience working as a Data Scientist, is a plus. You are willing to learn, or already have, Swedish language skills.
