Responsibilities

• An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution
• Managed individual complex strategic projects / programs
• Managed a cross-domain team of over 30-40 members
• Experience in directly interacting with Client.
• Outstanding team-building, communication and presentation skills
• An in-depth understanding of Project Management framework (waterfall and Agile), planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery.
• High level of attention to detail, organized, structured way of thinking and delivery.
• Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery.
• Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution
