Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Client Team, tasked with overseeing and facilitating project deliverables and schedules across diverse international teams. This role provides a solid platform for those passionate about contributing to the development of a cutting-edge technology network, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication within cross-functional units. The successful applicant will play a key role in a dynamic environment where ownership and proactive engagement are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and maintain project schedules and documentation to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate communication across teams located in Taiwan, India, and the US, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed
• Manage and track project deliverables, reporting on progress to key stakeholders
• Ensure effective use of project management tools (Jira, Spreadsheets, Email) for optimal team coordination
• Assist in the documentation and organization of project information
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Slack, Email, Jira, and Spreadsheets
• Experience in building project plans and time management
• Strong organizational skills and capability to coordinate across 15-20 teams
