About The Role

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Rachel Atkinson. Rachel is based in Perth and leads our PMO function nationally. Rachel has a very approachable management style and believes in leading by example, fostering a collaborative environment. Her communication is clear and supportive and she emphasises the importance of being yourself and maintaining openness, which has helped her navigate and manage diverse personalities within her team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs. We will count on you to provide visible leadership, accountability and authority over projects and programs delivered to Insight clients. Along the way, you will get to:

Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology
Ensures the change management process is utilised in order to maintain profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead projects relative to milestone completion, while managing to resource and financial budgets.
Assist Sales in business development activities to grow Insight business.
Participate in and help author Statements of Work (SOWs), responds to RFPs as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

A Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing large scale projects for Enterprise clients
Experience working for a Professional Services organisation, with excellent customer relationship management skills.
Leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint Portal
PMP or Prince Project Management certification
