CHANGE MANAGER


We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in the energy sector and a track record in driving change across digital and technology projects




WHAT’S ON OFFER



  • Perth CBD based.
  • Hybrid working
  • $1000 a day Inclusive of superannuation
  • Exposure to working alongside one of Australia’s largest energy providers.
  • 6-month rolling contract.


THE ROLE:



In this role, you’ll be pivotal in leading change initiatives across three key projects: a Payroll Systems upgrade and rollout, Data-centric transformation initiatives, and various digital systems projects. Working closely with our stakeholders across IT and business units, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new technologies.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and objectives and craft tailored change management plans.
  • Lead change initiatives for:
  • Payroll System Upgrade and Rollout: Ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations and a seamless transition for end-users.
  • Data-centric Projects: Supporting teams in leveraging data-driven insights and technologies, focusing on improved data governance and enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Digital Systems: Driving adoption and change management strategies across various digital projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to address resistance and prepare teams for change.
  • Develop training and communication materials to support new system rollouts and ensure consistent messaging.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:



  • Previous experience in the Energy Industry would be highly regarded.
  • Minimum 5+ years in change management within the energy industry, with a focus on digital transformations and technology projects.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in change management across payroll systems, data transformations, and digital system implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills; capable of leading change in complex environments.
  • PROSCI, Agile, or other recognized Change Management certifications preferred.
