Trainee Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and curious Trainee Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Lviv and grow into a full-scale recruitment professional. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, build strong communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, receive structured training, and gradually take ownership of real hiring processes — from sourcing talent to supporting successful hires.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and actively support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Assist in identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels
• Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit, motivation, and availability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and a positive candidate experience
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with daily recruitment activities and coordination
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops to build recruiting expertise and best-practice knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
• Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or people-facing roles is an advantage, but not required
• Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Confidence using Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow
• Strong interest in recruitment and long-term career development in Talent Acquisition
