Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs within a microservices-based architecture
- Develop, deploy, and manage services in containerized environments
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data handling
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability at scale
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and version control practices
- Apply strong data structures and algorithms knowledge to solve medium-complexity problems
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability for production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical and architectural decisions
- Strong expertise in Java with solid OOP and design pattern fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and containerization
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git-based workflows, and debugging techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills backed by DSA knowledge
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to scalable system design
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, startups, or building high-scale applications
