Job Title: Constellation UX Expert

Location: Offshore (preferred)

Engagement: Immediate / Full-time

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Constellation UX Expert to support an ongoing upgrade project for Crum & Forster (Insurance BU). The resource will play a key role in redesign adoption, UI/UX improvements, and ensuring seamless migration to the Constellation framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client LSA and stakeholders to understand application complexity and redesign requirements.
  • Drive UI/UX design and development using Pega Constellation architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for responsive design and accessibility.
  • Work closely with business analysts and developers to implement user-centric designs.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing UI components for performance and usability.
  • Provide guidance on Constellation upgrade strategies and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Pega Constellation UX (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with Pega 8.x platform and Constellation architecture.
  • Ability to work on complex insurance applications and deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience in Insurance domain. Exposure to Agile delivery models.
