Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to take full ownership of a large, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder project. This role focuses on driving execution, bringing structure to complex initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. The ideal candidate can ramp up quickly, enforce accountability, and provide clear, actionable visibility into project progress for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a large cross-functional project, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across engineering, product, customer success, and external stakeholders.
• Drive tasks to completion through proactive follow-ups, blocker removal, and clear ownership.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including status meetings, reporting cadence, and documentation standards.
• Track and communicate project progress to leadership, including status summaries, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, keeping expectations and communication aligned.
• Quickly ramp up on project context, objectives, stakeholders, constraints, and existing pain points.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, improve transparency, and prevent delivery gaps.
