Your Role

As our Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with the founders and core team to design, build, and scale our platform. This is a hands-on role, but one where you’ll also help set standards, influence architecture, and shape how we grow as a team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale features across the frontend and backend, ensuring usability, security, and performance.
• Take ownership of key architecture decisions and contribute to the long-term scalability of the platform.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and product leads to translate ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Help establish engineering best practices and support future team members as we expand.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for our product.

What You Bring

• Proven experience building modern web applications end-to-end.
• LLM api engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React / NextJS and backend development (NodeJS, PostgreSQL or similar).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Curiosity and excitement for AI/ML applications (direct experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, self-organization, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

(English fluency required; German is a plus.)
