Belgium · Full-time · Entry

Are you looking to build your career in supply chain within a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Assistant to support our planning team and help optimise the flow of materials and products across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to efficient production planning, accurate demand management, and strong product availability — all while working closely with experienced Supply Planners and cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the supply chain team with high‑quality reporting, data preparation, and analysis
  • Assisting Supply Planners with timely procurement across your assigned product portfolio
  • Ensuring accuracy of key inputs that impact production planning and replenishment cycles
  • Monitoring and managing the customer demand tool (ATP)
  • Contributing to improvement initiatives and special assignments that enhance supply chain performance

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (100% required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar supply chain or operations role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
  • A structured, organised, and detail‑oriented approach
  • Ability to quickly understand processes, identify improvements, and react effectively in a dynamic environment
  • A strong team mindset and high quality awareness

Why This Role Matters

You’ll play a key part in ensuring that products are available when needed, production runs smoothly, and data‑driven decisions are made with confidence. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within supply chain, gain exposure to planning and procurement, and contribute to continuous improvement in a regulated industry.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your supply chain career, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and join a team where your analytical skills and proactive mindset will make a real impact.
