Key job responsibilities

Support leaders at your site on HR matters

Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment

Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements

Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects

Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans

A day in the life

You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.

No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
  • Relevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority
  • Experience of working independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmen
