Job Title: UX/UI Designer - LATAM

Location: Remote (PST Time zone)

Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design and implement visually appealing interfaces using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

User Research and Testing

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Perform usability testing and gather insights to improve designs.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Present design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Excellent skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate user feedback and improve designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
