  • Technical Oversight: Ensure APIs, middleware, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms are designed and deployed to agreed standards.
  • Architecture Alignment: Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to align integration designs with the technology roadmap.
  • Governance & Security: Track and report on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring all solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance standards.
  • Testing & Quality: Manage integration testing phases—including SIT, UAT, and performance testing—in coordination with test leads.
  • Operational Transition: Facilitate change and release management and support cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.

  • Interface design and mapping documentation.
  • Management of specific system interfaces including Contact Centre, Maximo, and ServiceNow.
  • Comprehensive risk, issue, and dependency logs.
  • Regular governance reports and integration test strategy results.
  • Post-implementation support plans and lessons learned.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years') delivering integration projects within large-scale IT transformation or ERP/CRM/Cloud migration programmes.
  • Understanding of system integration architectures, including APIs, ESB, and middleware.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, specifically in risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing end-to-end testing and deployment of integration components.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services, AWS, Mulesoft, or Dell Boomi.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or CRM (Salesforce) integrations.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, ITIL, or TOGAF.
